Any payment already received for a cancelled order will be refunded through the applicable payment method.

5. Product Condition
All products sold on the Website are vintage or pre-owned items. Customers should expect normal signs of previous use, age, storage, or wear.
Product descriptions and photographs form part of each product listing. Customers must review all available photographs, measurements, condition descriptions, and other information before placing an order.
Minor scratches, stains, discoloration, hardware wear, storage odours, aging, or other characteristics disclosed in the product listing are not considered defects. Product colours may also appear slightly different depending on lighting and screen settings.
6. Authenticity and Brand Disclaimer
All products sold by the Company are represented as authentic pre-owned or vintage items.
Products are examined by professional appraisers before being offered for sale. Where specifically stated on a product page or promotion, eligible orders may also include third-party authentication, subject to the applicable offer, fees, conditions, and exclusions.
The Company does not sell, distribute, or promote counterfeit, replica, imitation, cloned, knock-off, or fake products.
Brand names, trademarks, and logos appearing on the Website are used strictly for product identification and resale-description purposes.

7. Returns, Claims and Refunds
Due to the nature of vintage and pre-owned products, all sales are final, except where a product is confirmed to be inauthentic, materially different from its description, or damaged during delivery.
For claims relating to delivery damage or a product being materially different from its description, customers must contact the Company within 24 hours of confirmed delivery at mercury.vintage.hk@gmail.com.
Customers must retain all packaging and provide clear photographs and a continuous unboxing video showing the unopened parcel, shipping label, packaging, and product. Failure to provide sufficient evidence may prevent the Company from verifying the claim.
Authenticity concerns should be reported without undue delay with relevant supporting evidence. If a product is confirmed to be inauthentic following review, the Company will provide an appropriate remedy, including a refund where applicable.
No return will be accepted without prior written authorisation from the Company. Products returned without authorisation may be refused.
Returns or refunds are not accepted for change of mind, personal preference, size or fit, disclosed signs of wear, colour differences caused by screen settings, or failure to review the product description and photographs before purchase.
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method after the returned product has been received and inspected. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

8. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

Such characteristics form part of a product’s individual history and are not automatically considered defects.
The Company does not alter brand markings or represent products in a manner intended to mislead customers regarding their origin or authenticity.
12. Amendments and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts having authority in Yokohama, Japan, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer law.
