  • Condition of Preloved Items
    All products are secondhand items and may show imperfections such as scratches, stains, or signs of use. Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions and photos carefully before placing an order. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the condition of the item.

  • Final Sale
    All sales are final. Except in the limited cases described below, no returns or exchanges will be accepted once an order has been shipped.

  • Shipping Risks & Insurance
    The Company is not responsible for any risks related to shipping, including loss or damage during transit. Customers bear full responsibility for such risks. If necessary, please purchase insurance services offered by the shipping company.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items
    If the item you received is damaged during shipping or differs significantly from the description, you must contact us within 24 hours of receipt. Claims made after this period will not be accepted.

  • Unboxing Record Requirement
    To protect the rights of both parties, customers must record the entire unboxing process when receiving the package. In case of disputes, this record will serve as essential evidence. Without such proof, claims may not be processed.

  • No Returns for Personal Reasons
    Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for personal reasons such as change of mind, color perception, or size concerns.

  • Customer Support
    If you have any questions after receiving the product, please contact customer service immediately. Inquiries made more than 24 hours after delivery will not be entertained.

  • Tag Policy
    All products are shipped with our store’s security tag attached. If the tag is damaged, removed, or lost, we will not accept any claims, returns, or disputes.

  • Color & Size Disclaimer
    Product colors may vary depending on monitor settings, and size measurements may have minor errors due to manual measurement. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for these reasons.

  • Customs & Import Duties
    All customs duties and import taxes for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer. Returns will not be accepted due to refusal to pay duties or rejection of packages.

  • Refusal of Package
    If a package is returned due to customer refusal or non-payment of customs duties, the customer will bear all shipping and related costs.
